Current Account Mortgages

Current Account Mortgages

The Current Account Mortgage consolidates your banking and mortgage into one charging structure. Many providers of this kind of product market individual accounts or "pots". However, they all operate on much the same basis, where a single debt remains and the balance fluctuates as the borrower builds up savings or has their monthly salary credited to their account. By offsetting regular credits to the account and maintaining a regular monthly payment the objective is to repay the loan early and save interest.

This kind of account requires a very disciplined approach to your personal finance and is not necessarily a good choice for all clients.
